Terms of Use

By downloading or using CoupleZ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree in your country. You are responsible for your account, device, invite code, and activity. Do not use CoupleZ to break the law, harass, threaten, impersonate, violate privacy, interfere with the service, or distribute harmful content.

Your shared couple space

A connected partner can see content shared in the couple space. Get consent before posting another person's photo or information. Unpairing or deleting an account may affect shared content and the other partner's experience.

Subscriptions

CoupleZ may offer monthly and annual plans through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled. The payer may share Plus features with one connected partner inside CoupleZ; this is not Apple Family Sharing and does not permit resale or sharing across multiple couples. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. You give us a limited license to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate CoupleZ. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect the service, fix problems, or comply with law. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Termination

You may stop using CoupleZ or delete your account at any time. We may limit or end access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

CoupleZ is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. It is not professional advice and does not guarantee relationship outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect losses or the content and actions of other users. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
